As many parents continue to work remotely amid the pandemic, Fisher-Price has launched a playset- My Home Office Set. The new collection of toys is designed to engage kids as their parents have been spending more time at home due to the pandemic and have been working from home.
“With the Fisher-Price® My Home Office set, your preschooler is the boss of their own work station at home, the local coffee shop, or the moon,” according to a description for the toy on Fisher Price’s website. “My Home Office Set” features a laptop with four fabric “apps,” a smartphone, a headset for calls, and a coffee cup- all the key essential elements for a ‘work from home’ set up.
The new lineup of “mini-me” and role-play items has three distinct collections: My Home Office set, Baby Biceps Gift Set, and Cutest Chef Gift Set. The ‘Baby Biceps Gift Set’ has been designed keeping in mind that the parents and caregivers aren’t just working from home these days as they are also working out from home. The ‘Cutest Chef Gift Set’ includes a crinkle recipe card, play tongs with a meatball spinner, a chewy oven mitt teether, and a wearable chef’s apron bib.
In April this year, the toy company had launched the #ThankYouHeroes line that featured and paid tribute to doctors, nurses, EMTs, and additional health care and frontline workers who have been working relentlessly amid the pandemic.
