Kajal Aggarwal is Brand Ambassador for Dashapushapdi Baby Care portfolio of The Ayurveda Company

For The Ayurveda Company’s baby care products, Kajal Aggarwal, who will be the brand ambassador, has been featured in an ad film marking the association with the brand.

The Ayurveda Company has onboarded Hindi and South Indian film actress Kajal Aggarwal as its brand ambassador for the Ayurvedic Dashapushapdi baby care products. Just a few months ago, in May this year, the Ayurvedic brand forayed into the baby care market.

Through the association with the renowned celebrity, The Ayurveda Company (T.A.C.) aspires to take its baby care solutions to every Indian household, according to the company’s statement.

“When a baby takes birth, that’s when parents are also born, and they, especially mothers, are finicky to the last detail for their baby. While growing up, our generation has had a distant relationship with Ayurveda owing to misbeliefs and doubts around its efficiency and safety. We understand that the journey of accepting baby products begins only after they have passed multiple parental approvals,” Shreedha Singh, CEO and co-founder, The Ayurveda Company, said.

Kajal Aggarwal has been roped in as the representative of T.A.C’s baby care range as she also features in the ad film. The ad shows the journey of a new mother and the experience of motherhood.

“In fact, to understand this gap between Ayurveda and babies, we conducted a survey with more than 1,000 parents and parents-to-be, and it was encouraging for us at T.A.C to find out that 91 percent of parents wanted Ayurvedic baby products. This reassured us to pursue the dream of enabling parents to start their baby’s journey early on with Ayurveda and tell the story through someone who believes in the power of Ayurveda, Kajal,” Singh further added.

Kajal Aggarwal stated that she, as a new mom, has been using these products herself for a few months, and expressed her genuine admiration for the brand.
