The toy retailing store is celebrating its two years in India and there has been a significant build-up of the brand’s presence in India in a short span. The global toys retailer has started its second store for Pune and its debut store in the city beautiful- Chandigarh.

Toys “R” Us has started its store at Seasons Mall, Pune which is its second store for the city. The store was inaugurated with the signature ‘Geoffrey’s great toy party amongst a bunch of other recreational activities designed for the amusement of kids. Also, there were a plethora of activities such as workshops, puppet show, and magic shows organized for the amusement of kids.
The toy retailer has also started its debut store for Chandigarh city that is at Elante Mall, Industrial Area, Phase I in Chandigarh. The official launch event was held at the new store and celebrated with its signature ‘Geoffrey’s Great Toy Party’ and the meet and greets was organized with the popular toon characters.
The world’s greatest toy store, Toys “R” Us offers a full range of toys for children in the age group of 3 to 11 years and has a dedicated section for each category. The store has an extensive collection of toys extending from a teddy bear, to a bunny, to a talking sheep. Besides that, the toys store will also sell toys from action figures to dolls, books, remote-controlled cars, blasters, plush toys apart from an extensive assortment of ride-on toys for the kids.
There are now eleven stores of the global toys retailer in the country and it is represented by Tablez in India. Toys “R” Us had started its first store for the country in 2017 in Phoenix Market City Mall in Mahadevapura in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The iconic toy retailer in India is operated by Tablez India and there are two formats in which the retail chain functions– Toys “R” Us and Babies “R” Us. Tablez India, a subdivision of LuLu Group International, had also brought some of the leading global brands like Cold Stone, Toys “R” Us, Springfield, women’secret, Galito’s & Bloomsbury’s to the Indian market.
