The British multinational company Reckitt Benckiser is assessing options for its infant nutrition brand such as a potential sale, according to a report published by Bloomberg News.

The consumer goods major, whose baby care brand Enfamil formula, is carefully assessing its baby food business at a global level and has been also contemplating buyer interest in the operations, as per the news report.

Since the discussions are now at an initial stage, the multinational firm could also decide to retain the division.

It was reported in 2020 that Reckitt Benckiser was contemplating selling some of its non-core brands and was looking for private equity bidders.
