ZoLi: Innovative and non-toxic products for the whole family

The brand ZoLi was incepted in the year 2008 and it offers a wide assortment of products that are safe and eco-friendly. Mommy & Baby Times (MBT) had a brief interaction with Kristin Day, Creative at ZoLi, Inc. about the innovative products offered by the brand, the current market presence and its recent entry in the Indian market.

ZoLi was started a decade ago by Julianna Shaw and Chet Hong. The name of the brand is actually a combination of the owners’ childrens’ names – Zoe and Lila. The brand began its business on the premise to provide safe, non-toxic and eco-friendly baby products and gradually, it has expanded its range to offer a range of items for everyday life.
Product range of the brand
The brand offers a variety of items, including the stainless collection of water bottles, food containers, and stackable containers; dishware; baby care products including feeding, teethers, and sippy cups; a variety of bags including backpacks and insulated lunch bags; and a range of accessories.
About the product range, Kristin Day remarks that “ZoLi is dedicated to creating a line of innovative and easy-to-use products for the whole family. The brand was founded by parents, and to this day, they don’t create anything they wouldn’t have their own children use. No matter what age the product is intended for, they strive to create high-quality products that are innovative and make everyday life easier.”

Innovation is the key
ZoLi believes in the sustained innovative practices and the need to adopt eco-friendly products for everyday life. Day adds that “ZoLi demonstrates its innovative designs year after year. We created the first-ever weighted straw sippy cup in 2008, followed closely by the original electric nail file for babies in 2010. Some of our most popular or flagship products include the BOT weighted straw sippy cup, SUMO snack stacker, CHUBBY GUMMY teethers and BUZZ B battery operated nail trimmer. One of the greatest strengths of our brand apart from the sustained innovation is the customer support we provide. Our customers’ feedback is of paramount importance to us.”
Market presence and growth
Talking about the market presence and the growth of the brand, she says “our brand is headquartered in Burlingame, California and the manufacturing operations take place in China as well as in Taiwan. ZoLi products have a wide reaching market reach through the online and offline markets throughout the world. We have just entered the Indian market by partnering with Maiden Distributors Limited, for the nation. We work with distributors that we trust and meet organically to serve our international markets and make sure they are receiving all the ZoLi products needed. The integrity associated with our brand and the high-quality products that we offer has been fundamentally responsible in the growth we have attained so far. We are thankful and appreciative for the acceptance and recognition that we have received in these ten years and are hoping to take that further!”
