Hamleys starts a new store in Indore

The renowned toys retailer is continuously expanding its reach with a number of store launches this year

HamleysHamleys has opened a new store for Indore in C21 Mall, AB Road with a two day launch event: 30-31 March, 2019 with popular characters Hattie Bear, Chhota Bheem, Chutki, Emmet and the mascot of the brand, Hamley Bear. C21 Mall houses a number of Indian and International brands for clothing, food, etc. Another store of Hamleys for the city is in Treasure Island mall which is located at MG Road, Indore.
There has been a recent expansion of the brand in the country with a number of Hamleys stores being started in different cities in India, particularly in Tier-II & III cities, such as Ludhiana and Bhubhaneshwar as these markets are quite unexplored and presents a lot of opportunities of growth.
Going by the tagline ‘finest toy shop in the world’, the brand has marked an extensive presence all around the world. Hamleys was started by William Hamley as “Noahs Ark” in High Holborn, London in the year 1760. The brand is available in 25 countries and India has the most number of Hamleys retail stores.
