FirstCry has registered a profit after tax (PAT) or consolidated profit of INR 215.94 crore in FY21. Its revenue from operations has increased to INR 1,602.8 crore in FY21 from INR 814 crore in FY20.

Pune-based omnichannel company FirstCry has reaped substantial profit gains in the FY 2021-22 ending on March 31, 2021. The company has registered a profit after tax (PAT) or consolidated profit of INR 215.94 crore in the year, which is a substantial increase from the INR 190.8 crore of loss it had incurred in FY20.
The consolidated total revenue stood at INR 1,740 crore, which marks a 141.3 percent increase from the INR 896.7 crore it earned during the same period in the previous fiscal. The expenses of the maternity, kids, and baby care-focussed company were INR 1,645.3 crore in FY21, while it was INR 1,088.1 crore in the previous fiscal.
The revenue from operations of FirstCry exceeded the INR 1,600 crore mark in FY21 as it clocked a total revenue of INR 1,602.8 crore, which is almost double of INR 814.1 crore it earned in FY20.

Furthermore, a while ago, the Pune-based firm announced its plans for IPO, which will be finalised late this year. In this regard, it has already roped in Kotak Mahindra, and Morgan Stanley, among others.
