Johnson & Johnson bags the Gold award in the 2nd CSR Health Impact Awards

The second edition of the CSR Health Impact Awards took place on Friday, August 24, 2018, in New Delhi. Johnson & Johnson has received the award in the Gold category of CSR Health Impacts Award for the Rural Health initiative. The Rural health initiative award is to recognize the organization that has made a significant impact through its CSR activity in making health awareness and healthcare accessible to the rural population.
The dignitary present to confer the awards to the winners was the Hon’ble Union Minister- Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mr. Vijay Goel. There are various categories in these Health Impact Awards are given including Food-for-all initiative, Elderly Health Initiative, Women and Child Initiative and so on. With 12 categories, 36 awards in total, and a total delegation of 300 members participating, this event seeks to inspire corporations to bring an actual and ground-level change.
