With this store launch at Mahagun Metro Mall, Ghaziabad; Toys “R” Us now has entered the North Indian region

Toys “R” Us has started its store in Mahagun Metro Mall, Ghaziabad which is the ninth store for the Indian market and the first one for the North Indian region. The store was inaugurated with the signature ‘Geoffrey’s great toy party amongst a bunch of other recreational activities designed for the amusement of kids. The Toys “R” Us Goodie Bags were presented to 500 lucky registrants on the day of the launch, i.e. 31st August, 2019. Also, there were workshops, puppet show, magic show and Zumba sessions that were held at the store. With the meet and greet session with popular toon characters like Dexter and Johnny Bravo amongst others, the store launch was a thrilling and exciting event for everyone who attended.
Started in April 1948, Toys“R”Us, Inc. is an international toy, clothing, video game, and baby product retail brand which has its headquarters in Wayne, New Jersey, United States. With 1980s, it established its market presence internationally with the launch of its first international wholly-owned store in Canada and then, its licensed operations in Singapore.
Toys “R” Us had started its store in Pune in January this year and the first store for the brand was launched in 2017 in Phoenix Market City Mall in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The iconic toy retailer is owned by Tablez India and there are two formats of the stores – Toys“R”Us and Babies“R”Us. Tablez India, part of LuLu Group International, had also introduced leading global brands such as Cold Stone, Toys “R” Us, Springfield, women’secret, Galito’s & Bloomsbury’s in India.
