Britax Child Safety, Inc., U.S. manufacturer of car seats and child passenger safety technology leader, introduces its new DualFit™ Combination Harness-2-Booster. This 2-in-1 car seat transitions into a comfortable belt-positioning booster once a child has outgrown their 5-point harness, offering real value for parents of growing children. Advanced Britax safety features like a SafeCell® Impact-Absorbing base and two layers of Side Impact Protection ensure a safe, smooth ride for children 2 years and older who weigh at least 25 pounds.

The DualFit Harness-2-Booster keeps kids in forward-facing, harness mode longer – up to 65 pounds – while booster-mode is designed for bigger kids up to 100 pounds. Transitioning to booster-mode is a cinch; simply tuck the harness safely within the seat and it’s ready to go.
Additional safety features of the DualFit include an impact-stabilizing steel frame to reinforce the connection point to the vehicle, and a patented V-shaped tether that slows and reduces forward movement during a crash.
Assembled in the U.S. with global components, the DualFit Harness-2-Booster is also built with comfort and convenience features. Multiple recline positions provide various options for comfort and the removable cover makes cleaning a breeze. The 8-position harness and headrest adjust to keep up with a growing child; no need to rethread. Push-bottom LATCH connectors simplify the installation process and color-coded vehicle belt paths help with belt positioning. The DualFit Harness-2-Booster is now available at Wal-Mart in the Berkshire (black/grey) fashion.
